The owner was offering courses at no cost to the veterans that our participating in our program as a give back project to the community. Since this training would be aiding Mr. Spirit in his career he started taking the courses over summer. During that time, he was offered a FT position as a firearms instructor with the security company. Mr. Spirit considered it a blessing that he was able to continue and pass on what he had learned in the USMC. By volunteering his time to help other veterans in his community, Mr. Spirit admitted that he found support, help, and comradely among veterans that he was assisting. This is a very good example of how veterans continue to work together and help each other long after their tour is complete.
